AusTender Change 

Description

Execution and amendment execution date (New field) 

For all new contracts and amendments made on AusTender, the execution date as outlined in a contract is required to be reported.  

Number of Extension Options (New field) 

If a contract contains extension options, the number of options are required to be reported on the contract. 

Maximum Contract End Date (New Field) 

Where a contract has extension options the maximum date if all extension options are executed must be reported on the contract. 

Number of invited suppliers (New Field) 

Where a contract was procured via a limited tender, or standing offer arrangement the number of suppliers approached must be reported on the contract.  

Amendment Reporting 

Where an amendment increases a contract at or above the relevant reporting threshold, entities will be required to report the contract.  

Amendment Reasons 

Removal of free text reasons. Entities will be required to select a standardised amendment reason when varying a contract. 

Amendment Value Changes 

Removal of free text values. AusTender will calculate the total new contract value based on the previous total and new total value.  

Contract Reductions 

Where a contract has been varied to reduce its value, AusTender will report the value of the reduction.
