Contracts by Procuring Agencies

To enable the Commonwealth to deliver a broad range of services this requires a number of different Agencies to support its objectives. Under the Commonwealth Procurement Framework, Non-Corporate Commonwealth Entities (NCEs) are required to report details of Contracts and Contract Amendments which increase or decrease reported value by $10,000 AUD inc GST or more, and $400,000 or more for prescribed Corporate Commonwealth Entities (CCEs).

Under the devolved procurement framework the CPRs provide individual entities the responsibility for accurately reporting their procurements contracts on AusTender.
