Supplier Portal Onboarding Schedule
Here suppliers can find information about when to join the Supplier Portal.
Supplier Onboarding
Phase 1 - Included a pilot with the 645 suppliers on the Management Advisory Services Panel and People Panels from October 2025.
Phase 2 - Panel Suppliers have been onboarding since November 2025. Please refer to the below onboarding schedule for further details.
Phase 3 - From July 2026, registration open to all businesses, starting with suppliers with an Australian Business Number. Further rollout activity is expected for non-ABN holders in the coming months.
Onboarding Schedule
The AusTender Supplier Portal team is getting ready to onboard suppliers from the below Panels.
What you need to know:
- Familiarise yourself with the short User Guide to help you understand what to expect and how the onboarding process will work.
- For more detailed guidance please refer to the Supplier Guidance.
- Look out for an invitation email from no-reply@tenders.gov.au.
Important: If you have already onboarded via a panel, you will need to accept all future invitations to ensure your account is added to other panels that you are a nominated contact for.
